I decided to spotlight Katie here for many reasons. Not only is she a great gymnast that is dedicated, strong and determined out on the floor,

 she is also a true example of courage and strength outside of the gym. 

Two years ago Katie and her friend Morgan were crossing a street in Rita Ranch when Morgan was suddenly and tragically hit by a motorcyclist,

and though she didn’t make it through the night, she lives on in Katie’s heart.

You are so strong Katie, even on your worst day and you don’t feel like you are.

 I had a great time shooting these, you are an inspiration to us all and I know that with your AWESOME parents, the gals from Springs,

and your sweet angel above at your side, you will do amazing things in your life!

 Another trip downtown with another great high school senior. Blake is a Cienega High student the son of my great friend Sherri!

He has been a great buddy to my boy Austin and I’m grateful for that, even if they do get really goofy at times!
